The Activity log is an admin-only audit trail of important actions in your Chatarmin organization. Use it to see who changed contacts, flows, campaigns, team settings, and integrations, and—when Magento is connected—to troubleshoot back-in-stock signups and restock notifications.

Open the activity log

1

Open your profile

Click your account name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then choose Activity Log in the left menu.
2

Confirm admin access

Only users with the Admin role see Activity Log. Basic and Support roles do not have access.
You can also open the log directly at Profile → Activity Log.

Filter and refresh

Use the filter bar to narrow results: Click Refresh to reload the table with your current filters.

Back in Stock entries (Magento)

When your organization has an active Magento integration, the Action filter includes a Back in Stock category with:
  • Back in stock signup — a shopper submitted the notify-me widget or buzzword flow on your storefront.
  • Product back in stock — Magento reported a restock and Chatarmin processed subscriber notifications.
Expand a row to open the detail panel. For back-in-stock events you see an Outcome (for example subscribed, rejected invalid phone, subscribers notified, or no active flow matched), product and variant identifiers, phone number, tag, and links to notified contacts when applicable. Use these entries to debug why a signup was rejected or why subscribers were not notified after a restock.

Export CSV

Click Export CSV to download up to 10,000 filtered rows. The file includes standard columns (date, time, action, description, category, user, status, changed fields, error) and, for back-in-stock rows, Product, Product ID, Phone, and Outcome. Apply filters before exporting if you only need a subset (for example Back in Stock actions in the last 7 days).
