1. Chatarmin License Costs

All costs related to your Chatarmin subscription can be found in your Billing Settings: 👉 https://chatarmin.com/dashboard/profile?page=settings This includes:
  • Monthly license fees
  • Variable database costs
  • AI usage costs
  • Any additional agreed service fees
In this section, you can also:
  • Update your billing email address
  • Change your credit card details
  • Manage payment information
  • Review past invoices
If you have questions about a specific invoice, this is always the first place to check.

2. Meta (WhatsApp) Costs

Meta-related costs (e.g., WhatsApp conversation fees) are billed directly via your Meta Business account. You can find all Meta invoices and payment activity here: 👉 https://business.facebook.com/latest/billing_hub/payment_activity/ In the Meta Billing Hub, you can:
  • View detailed conversation charges
  • Download Meta invoices
  • Review payment methods
  • Check transaction history
Please note: Meta costs are separate from Chatarmin license costs and are managed directly within your Meta Business Manager.
