Use this flow when you are starting fresh and want to explore Chatarmin without a sales call first. You create a workspace online, then Chatarmin walks you through the first milestones inside the product.This guided setup is for new self-serve signups. If you joined through Shopify checkout, a
migration, or another assisted onboarding path, your team may use a different entry point.
Create your workspace

Open the signup page
Go to Create your workspace.You can also choose Sign in on the login page and follow the link to create a workspace.

Sign up with email or Google
Enter your work email and a password with at least 10 characters, or continue with Google.No credit card is required to create the workspace.

Wait for workspace setup
Chatarmin prepares your workspace, contact list, and guided setup. When setup finishes, you land on the dashboard.

After signup, Chatarmin helps you complete the first milestones with a checklist and step-by-step prompts inside the app.Optional dashboard tour

Required setup milestones
After the dashboard tour, complete these steps to get messaging-ready:- Connect WhatsApp — link your WhatsApp Business account. Everything else depends on this step. Chatarmin covers WhatsApp billing for direct Meta setups — do not add a payment method in Meta during this flow.
- Create a flow and test it — build your first automated chat flow and add a message block.
- Approve a template — create a WhatsApp message template and wait for approval.
- Send a test campaign — send your first campaign safely to one contact.
- Check your inbox — confirm your support inbox is live.
