Campaigns
The "Campaigns" feature enables you to send out one-time messages to your customers. In contrast to a "Send Message" inside of a flow or in chat, a campaign can be sent at any time even if there is no active conversation window running. Additionally, you can use CTA buttons and media files.
Here you can see all your historical campaigns.
By switching the timeframe on the top-right you can see all-time campaigns as well as campaigns in a custom time-window.
You can also see statistics for the campaigns you have sent such as:
Campaign Name | Status | Cost | Revenue | Total Orders | Recipients | Open Rate | Click rate | Unsubscribe rate |
Alternatively here is a video breaking down the "Campaigns" feature:

Send campaign
Click "Send campaign" to navigate to the "Send Campaign" interface.
Here you can choose a "Template" you have previously created or create a new "Template".
Once you have chosen a "Template" you can choose the name of your campaign under "Details".
If you selected a media file in your template you can now upload the media file here with drag&drop or by clicking the "click here" button and choosing the file from your PC.
If you have chosen variables you can now select what to fill out your variables with. You can also fill out the variables with "custom values".
You can see your messaging limit here. If you are just starting the limit should be 250 or 1000. Find out what this means and how to increase it in our article "Messaging limit & Quality Rating - What they are and how to increase them"
Under "choose audience" you can include and optionally exclude who is to receive your campaign using manual inputs, segments, or tags.
Once done, you can send the template by clicking "Send now", or scheduling it for a date in the future by using the "Schedule Send Feature".
Campaign Send Limits Q&A
How many messages can be sent per minute?
Default 70/second -> On special request at META (this requires the Blue Tick + highest level of the messaging limit) also 300/second
How early do we need to schedule a campaign if we want to send a campaign to 50k people, for example?
Update 032024: From 1 to 50,000 it takes about 25 minutes. We are currently optimizing to get it to 15 minutes.
Once a campaign has been set up, can it still be canceled? How quickly can this be done?
Exactly, until the campaign starts. But you can also pause it if it is already being sent
Do I also have a security mode when customers report the campaign so that the sending is canceled?
Basically, META does this directly, so they pause the campaign/template if there is negative feedback, that's how it is with us too, yes.
