The green/blue tick helps your company have more trust status for your customers, additionally, it enables showing your company's name on WhatsApp instead of the phone number, as is the case with open chats with contacts you haven't saved in your contacts yet.
NOTE: As of 12th August 2024, META is changing the naming of the "Green-Tick" to "Blue-Tick"
🚨 Prerequisites
Attention: Your business needs to be verified to request a green/blue tick. You can check out a guide, on how to do so, here
Request Green/Blue Tick
1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Profile"
4. Scroll down to "Official business account" and click "Submit request".
5. Fill out the form with your company's information. The more information you give the better the chance you will get verified. This may take between 24-48 hours.

🚨 ATTENTION: Did you get denied? Sadly META sometimes may deny your request if they deem your company too small. There is sadly no perfect solution to this issue yet. You will have to wait for 30 days, before being able to send a request again.
