📲 WhatsApp Channel Setup


Set up automated WhatsApp message forwarding from ChatArmin to CXArmin. This integration allows WhatsApp messages to be routed to your CXArmin inbox based on custom conditions defined in your flow.


✅ Prerequisites


Make sure the following are in place before you begin:

  • Active ChatArmin account with WhatsApp integration

  • Active CXArmin account with correct user permissions

  • WhatsApp Business API already configured in ChatArmin


⚙️ Quick Setup Steps


  1. Access ChatArmin Flows
    Go to the "Flows" section in your ChatArmin dashboard.

  2. Set Up Trigger
    Select “Customer sends message” as the trigger and choose WhatsApp as the channel.

  3. Add CXArmin Action
    Insert a new action step → Select “CX Armin” from the integrations.

  4. Test & Activate
    Run a test to ensure forwarding works → Activate the flow.


🧭 Detailed Setup Guide


🛠️ Step 1: Create or Edit a Flow

  • Navigate to Flows: Open the “Flows” section in ChatArmin.

  • Create New / Edit Existing: Click “Create New Flow” or open an existing one.

  • Set Trigger:
    Use “Customer sends message” or define keyword-based triggers (e.g. “support”, “help”, “agent”).

📤 Step 2: Add CXArmin Action

  • Add Action Step: Insert a new action block.

  • Choose Integration: Select “CX Armin”.

  • Action Type: Set to “Send CX Armin Message”.

  • Publish: Click Publish to save and activate the flow.

Step 3: Test and Activate

  • Send Test Message: Use WhatsApp to send a message matching your trigger.

  • Check CXArmin Inbox: Confirm the message appears correctly with sender info.

  • ✅ If successful, the message will be visible in your CXArmin ticket view.


🚨 Troubleshooting ArminCX Integration


Messages not forwarding?

  • Ensure the flow is published and active

  • Double-check trigger conditions (may be too specific)

  • Confirm WhatsApp integration is connected properly

Duplicate messages?

  • You might have multiple flows triggering on similar conditions

  • Adjust filters to avoid overlapping automation
