Request a review

First, try to "Request a review" in your BM:

Here is an Example Text:

We are fully committed to complying with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging and Commerce policies. We only send marketing messages to those who have completed a double opt-in process. This is clearly communicated on our website, and you need to confirm your subscription when signing up. Every marketing message has a 'STOP' button in the footer for easy opt-out.

As of 27 Nov, 2024, we’ve paused all automated marketing messages and will not be sending any marketing campaigns for the next 30 days due to the restriction on our account. We cannot add phone numbers, start conversations, or respond to messages from customers during this period. We’re working hard to address these issues to lift the restrictions and avoid further limitations on our account.

It’s vital for us to resume messaging as soon as possible. We have many customers who need timely responses, and our ability to message them is crucial for our operations and customer support.

We are making our sign-up messages even clearer to minimize spam reports. Our business invests thousands of euros through Meta (Facebook ads), and we adhere strictly to our policies. This number is also used for customer support and is very important to us.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to resolve these issues quickly.

Thanks in advance.

When you got rejected

In case a Meta account has been blocked and a new number is stuck on the "Get Started" chat page with the message: “You cannot create a new Business Account” because too many attempts have been made or the account is blocked, the following applies:

In this case, a new profile must first be created within the Business Manager. To do this, open the Business Manager in Meta.

  1. In the top left corner, select the Business Account within the main Meta account.

  2. Click on Settings (the gear icon next to the name), and then navigate to the WhatsApp Accounts view.

  3. Then, click on WhatsApp Manager at the bottom-right. If the account is deactivated because it was blocked by Meta, a new account must be created within Meta. Changing the phone number alone will not be sufficient in this case.

Creating a New Meta Account:

  1. In the Business Support Center on the left, scroll down and select Create Business Portfolio.

  2. Choose a name that differs from the previous one (e.g., add "GmbH" or "Official").

  3. Enter the personal information of the person managing the account, ensuring there are no spaces in the email or other details.

  4. You can skip the next two steps and click Confirm.

  5. Refresh the page, and check if the new Business Manager appears on the left in the selection. Select this account to complete the company information.

To do this:

  • At the bottom left, click the Settings icon, then select Business Manager -> Business Manager Settings.

  • Scroll again on the left to Company Information.

Complete the required details, as these are important for Meta verification, such as website info, address, and phone number (a landline from the shop is sufficient; it does not need to be the one linked to WhatsApp). At this step, you should receive an email for verification – check your email and follow the link.

  1. Go back to Chatarmin, refresh the page.

  2. Follow all setup steps, then select the newly created Meta Business Account. The upper name is only visible to the business (e.g., Business Acc 2.0), and the lower name is the one displayed on WhatsApp.

  3. Continue, and enter the new phone number that is not blocked and is not linked to any other WhatsApp account.

  4. Go back to the Business Manager, under WhatsApp Accounts, select the account, and next to People, click Settings. Then select Payment Settings, choose Add Payment Method, and enter credit card information. Then, next to the card, click the three dots and select Set as Default. At the bottom, edit the company information and complete the required details.

After completing this step, go back to the Business Manager tab, scroll down to the Security Center at the bottom left, and start the Verification process. Complete the verification to ensure messaging works and to prevent it from being blocked again. Sometimes Meta retrieves information from the company register; other times, documents need to be uploaded.

The most important information is the address and website.

Then, click Continue, verify via email, and click Continue. Select another business account email, making sure there are no spaces in the email address. Then enter the verification code from the email (again, avoid spaces!) and confirm to start fresh.
