Automatic Sync between Chatarmin and Klaviyo


Chatarmin automatically syncs contact properties to Klaviyo.

This includes:

  • Customer tags (applied in Chatarmin)

  • Birthday field (if available)

  • Custom properties such as additional columns added to customer profiles

These properties are updated in Klaviyo automatically whenever they change in Chatarmin, ensuring Klaviyo profiles always reflect the most up-to-date customer information.


Updating Klaviyo properties via a Chatarmin Flow


Here's how you can "Update properties" to your Klaivyo account. We can automatically add properties to a Klaviyo account depending on the user's behavior. Depending on which branch of the flow the user goes through we can update the Klaviyo profile with a property we determine.

Additionally, you can "Subscribe a user to a Klaviyo list" depending on the user activity directly.
