We are one of the few, if not the only providers who do not surcharge conversational costs. This means we don’t add any extra fees on top of Meta’s official conversation costs - our customers are charged only what Meta charges, without any additional business markups or hidden costs.
To understand the different pricing models, let us delve deeper into the difference between license fees, setup fees, and variable fees.
License fees: License fees are regularly paid fees for the usage of the Chatarmin Software, these are due on a monthly or yearly term to be paid on the exact date you started your subscription, each month/year.
Setup fees: Due to the complexity of the setup of a WhatsApp business account, the Chatarmin account, and the extensivity of our onboarding process we decided on a one-time setup fee (billed at the start of the subscription) for our clients. While this might lead to not winning certain clients it also means clients who need our product are ensured to be supported excellently.
Variable fees: Additionally we charge variable fees depending on the number of contacts in your Chatarmin account - when you grow, we grow. These costs are billed on a monthly base.
