# META payment issue troubleshooting

To fix META payment issues, watch this loom or follow the instructions below

Select the correct account in your META Business Portfolio, go to payment setting.

Make sure there are no pending payments.\
Select your payment method, make sure your information is complete and correct, and that your payment method is set as "standard/default".

Also, make sure that your business information in the bottom part is complete and correct.
