# Chatarmin Parcel Perform integration

[ParcelPerform API](https://developers.parcelperform.com/docs/api-guides-reference/ab70ecf96a9e8-response-structure-statuses-and-errors) provides a new action-trigger to trigger flows with embedded variable links, disclosing additional information on parcel tracking for end-users, in a way more detailed way, than Shopify provides it.

You can trigger WhatsApp journeys based on the following Parcel Perform endpoints:

* Shipments
* Bookings
* Returns
* Events

Furthermore, since Parcel Perform Version 5.2.0 we do have additional use cases for the Chatarmin parcel perform integration:

* returns
* rating
* line\_items
* collection\_point
* event.location
