This includes: * **Customer tags** (applied in Chatarmin) * **Birthday field** (if available) * **Custom properties** such as additional columns added to customer profiles These properties are **updated in Klaviyo automatically** whenever they change in Chatarmin, ensuring Klaviyo profiles always reflect the **most up-to-date customer information**. *** ## Updating Klaviyo properties via a Chatarmin Flow *** Here's how you can **"Update properties"** to your Klaivyo account. We can automatically add properties to a Klaviyo account depending on the user's behavior. Depending on which branch of the flow the user goes through we can update the Klaviyo profile with a property we determine.
